Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how How2-AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit how2-ai.com (the “Site”). How2-AI is operated from Switzerland. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller and Contact

The controller responsible for this Site is How2-AI, Switzerland.

2. Data We Collect

  • Server log data: IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited and time of access. These are processed by our hosting provider for security and operation of the Site.
  • Contact form data: name, email address and the content of your message, used only to answer your request.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see below.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use strictly necessary cookies (for example, to remember your language and cookie choices). With your consent, where required, we and our partners may use analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner and delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu. For visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalized ads are only shown after consent through a certified consent management platform. More information: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

5. Analytics (Optional)

If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregated form. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data such as pages visited and approximate location. We enable it only with your consent where required, and with IP anonymization or equivalent privacy settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. Legal Bases

Where GDPR applies, we process data based on our legitimate interests (secure and reliable operation of the Site, Art. 6(1)(f)), your consent (analytics and personalized advertising, Art. 6(1)(a)), and to respond to your requests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).

7. International Transfers

Some service providers (such as Google or our hosting provider) may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on adequacy decisions, recognized frameworks or standard contractual clauses as required by law.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Contact messages are deleted once no longer needed.

9. Your Rights

Under the nFADP and the GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, the authority in your country of residence.

10. Children

This Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
